Structure and Safety:
Mainframe has fishplate welding on hopper post.
Steps rails walkways -fine.
Emergency stops -working
Track frame good.
Undercarriage 50-60% remain.
Feeder & Hopper Area:
Hopper wings - good.
Grizzley cylinder hoist leaking. Lift manually when required until cylinder repaired.
Vibrating feeder - coil springs good- working fine
Feeder Motor & Belts -good.
Not equipped with fines discharge
Jaw Crusher Core:
Jaw dies, tooth profile worn flat but worn level - dies need replacing.
Cheek plates seem sound.
Toggle has worn but no visible leaks or damage.
Wedge system hydraulic, no visible leaks.
Flywheel running true.
Power:
Duetz Deisel. Head gasket seeping. Cold started and ran clean and strong.
Air filtration- needs service.
Hydraulic motors hoses all working fine no major leaks
Conveyor Discharge System
All working fine, belts good.
Magnet separator - working fine.
Head / Tail Pulleys running true, bearings fine no weird noises.
