Terms and Conditions of the Buy-out Option Validity Period: The Buy-out Option is valid until November 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM Swedish time (CET), provided that the auction's reserve price has not been reached before this deadline. Reserve Price: If the auction's reserve price is reached or exceeded through bidding, the Buy-out Option will automatically terminate with immediate effect. The opportunity to purchase the crane directly will therefore no longer be available, regardless of any remaining validity period.
